Championship Footwear: Nike Zoom Kobe V Blowout Special Part IV

The 'Blackout' colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe V is probably the most all-purpose of all the different pairs to have come our way. There's nothing too outrageous or plain about this edition, but at the same time, it does a good job in remaining close to the middle.

If you're not Laker fan, you more than likely wouldn't buy any colorway of the ZKB V that has some variation of the team colors, but these might just make the cut.

The deep black upper is offset by touches of metallic silver laced out on the border of the Swoosh, the Sheath and heel counter tip as well as the signature. There are also silver accents on the outsole design plane, but the contrasts end there. Overall, this colorway isn't going to blow anyone's mind, but like I said, if you want to grab a pair of Kobe's kicks without having to rock any gaudy colors, you might want to consider going with 'Blackout'.
