Glass Blue Nike Zoom Kobe VI Color Craze

At initial glance, the Nike Zoom Kobe VI 'Glass Blue' might cause some to scratch their heads, but if you really take a minute to take a hard look at the colorway, it has a way of growing on you.  While simplicity definitely suits some sneakers better than others, when it comes to the Kobe VI, calamity is one of the things this shoe was built for.

Grey goes to work on the scaly reptile skin while glass blue does its thing on the laces, midsole and external heel cap.  Vibrant yellow colors the Swoosh, Sheath and outsole heel.  Orange is the color of choice for the inner lining that offers a nice accent to the grey, glass blue and black build.  The icy blue outsole also has an almost glittered, paint-speckled look to it.  We've seen the speckles technique used liberally on various Nike Zoom Kobe V colorways.

As of right now, this Nike Zoom Kobe VI 'Glass Blue' is slated for a Spring 2011 release, but if anything changes in the immediate future, of course we will let you know.  Will you be awaiting the release of these kicks?
