Derrick Rose is finally back on court after his lower back spasms scoring 23 points and 6 assists. With the current MVP leading the Bulls in the Eastern Conference, adidas is busy putting working on the next signature shoe for Derrick Rose.
A few weeks ago, we had our first look at the adidas adiZero 3.0 with only a shot of the external heel cup. Today, we have a better overall view of what to expect from the three-striped brand. A new logo emerges on the red tongue which features a large “D” at the center with rose petals surrounding it. Could this be a new logo from adidas? Nothing is for sure, as it is still too early to confirm anything. adidas has not given Derrick Rose a permanent logo yet, so it would be a smart move for them to create one.
The photo also provides a great shot at the overall shape and look of the shoe. A high-cut collar returns providing superb ankle protection with heavy padding. This specific color way has a black glossy upper in leather with red perforations, black stripes on the heel, a red outsole, and a similar Sprint Frame used on the current adiZero Rose 2.5. Note that the shoe is a possible sample, not the official final product.
adidas has gained much popularity this past season as the current MVP Derrick Rose continues to fight for his first NBA Championship. Not only has adidas maintained high quality products from the Rose line, but it also has been one of the best basketball performance shoes out in the market today. Let’s hope they keep their momentum and create new innovations for next season.
