Since 2009, Jordan Brand has delivered has kept things exciting for fans during during the holiday season, exemplified by last year’s mayhem over the Air Jordan XI Concord retro-release. This year it seems the of the Air Jordan IX “Cool Grey” will see store shelves for the first time since it’s original release back in 2002.
The Air Jordan IX “Cool Grey” retro will feature the same patent leather and durabuck on the upper as the original. White fills the midsole, Jordan Branding, and laces with a grey translucent sole on the bottom. Many contend that the AJ IX features the best “Cool Grey” colorway out of every Air Jordan model.
The Air Jordan IX Retro “Cool Grey” is set to drop sometime in December 2012 for $160.00 USD.
