The Top Ten 2000 is one of the first shoes Kobe Bryant strapped on as a Laker, and several of its design elements carried over to Bryant’s first adidas signature in 1997, the KB8 (Later re-released as the Crazy 8 after Kobe left for Nike).

Featuring Feet You Wear technology that helped adidas maintain its top-tier position in the basketball shoe market at the tail end of the 1990s, the adidas Top Ten 2000 “Lakers” sports classic Los Angeles coloring, with an all black upper and familiar purple and gold highlights.

The adidas Top Ten 2000 “Lakers’ is available now from adidas for $110.00 USD.  Check out more vintage Kobe sneakers on our Kobe Bryant Sneaker History page.

As always, we’ll keep you posted on any future updates and release info @kicksologists or on Facebook.
