Isaiah Thomas has been beating the odds all of his life. At 5’9″ he is one of the shortest players in the NBA, but that has never slowed him down on the basketball court. After a successful career at Washington, he was selected with the last pick of the 2011 NBA draft by the Sacramento Kings. Second round picks usually don’t stay in the league too long, but Thomas once again had to prove his doubters wrong. In his second season as a pro, Thomas is averaging 20.5 points and 6.4 assists per game.
Thomas has now become one of Reebok’s more promising young stars and will now get his second player exclusive, but this time it will be the Kamikaze 1. Thomas had already rocked the Kamikaze 2 PE, but this time he will get the Kamikaze 1 in the Sacramento Kings team colors. The shoe’s base color is gray, but it is mixed with a metallic purple patent leather and the outsole and laces are white. Reebok plans to have two colorways for Thomas that will match his home and away jersey.
Reebok will release the Isaiah Thomas PE on March 7th and they will retail for $115.
