Like Earl Thomas from the Seattle Seahawks, he began the season wearing the Air Jordan 6. The cleats were customized by @reconbeatlab. You’d expect the kicks to sport a San Francisco 49er gold and red but instead he opted to rock a Dallas Cowboys color way with a navy blue upper. There’s a reason he chose to wear the opponent’s color way and it’s not because he’s a fan but for charity.

Crabtree good intentions begin with the his intent to auction off the cleats for his Crab 5 Foundation. The Foundation helps inner city kids in his own hometown: Oak Cliff Neighborhood in Dallas. The NFL has pretty strict rules on visible brands and colors, especially those that don’t match the team. For Crabtree, this means he will face a $10,500 fine. Reconbeatlab is known for designing cleats for NFL and MLB athletes. This list includes: Garrett Richards, Jay Bruce, and Robinson Cano to name a few big leaguers.
