KDTrey5 aka Kevin Durant has 10 million fans following him on Twitter and he allowed the fans to preview his upcoming shoe, the KD 8. The eighth signature shoe from Durant definitely looks like the first photos that emerged on Sunday. With a bit more investigative work, the color of the photos are identical the KD 8 leaks and the number 8 matches the logo seen on the box. From those who have seen the leaked images, the demographic seems to be split on this new model. With the Air Max unit and Flywire tie downs, they look alot like the Air Max 2015.

With a disappointing 2014-15 NBA season, these are scheduled for a late June release. With the NBA Finals closing in mid-June expect to see KD back on the court with these preparing for the upcoming season. No longer the nice guy of the NBA, Durant has brought on a “bad guy demeanor”. Possibly from the disappointment and resentment of never winning a championship, we think this is good for him. Every champion needs a bit of nasty to put them over the top.
