The Doernbecher hospital has been doing the freestyle Nike program for 15 years now. To commemorate this incredible milestone they have put together a “What The” sneaker. Nike SB has dropped the very first “What The” sneaker with the Nike SB Dunk Low silhouette. With this special project they have going on, they will release the Nike Doernbecher “What The” Dunk High.

The Doernbecher “What The” Dunk High will consist of various patterns from 42 various elements from the previous 13 designs. It will be a huge mash up of crazy colors, patterns and materials hence the name “What The”. The sneakers will be packaged in Doernbecher scrubs as a dust bag and a wooden box made from recycled skate decks.

Everybody wants to be a philanthropist and help the hospital out however there will only be 11 lucky winners that will be able to get their hands on these. There will be sizes 8-12 and a 13 and 14. These will go up via auction starting tomorrow June 11th and will be up for bid for 10 days. So just know even if you don’t win the auction deep  down inside your heart you were a good person in trying to obtain these for a great cause.
