Wale can now add more to his resume than rapper. We’ve seen sneak peeks of his Asics collaboration and today we finally have a full look. As we expected the USA Independence Day theme is on display with a twist.

There are hits of red, white, and blue but they sit on an predominantly black upper. The Asics branding is blue on the lateral outer side and red on the medial inner. The insoles will feature the stars and stripes in a black and white colorway bringing back memories of A$AP Rocky’s Long.Live.A$AP album art. The upper will feature white stars on the tongue and sides and heel creating something simple yet creative.
A lot like the rest of the USA inspired Fourth of July shoes, these are unique and bring a sense of symmetry. Cop them next week on June 26, 2015 and rock them to catch the firework show.
