Last week, the Curry One “Blackout” or “Championship Banner” dropped at plenty of stores locally in San Diego. After a couple days, they were all gone. Obviously, Stephen Curry and Under Armour have had an amazing year and it goes to show how far they’ve come since the early days of just having Brandon Jennings.

I was able to pick up a “Blackout” pair for my cousin. Personally, I’m not into all white or all black sneakers, but these are beautiful. If you weren’t into sneakers at all, you would think this color would pay homage to Batman. With a sleek upper in jet black and gold hits on the branding and logos, it’s no surprise how this was a favorite for many hoopers. There are two types of players: those who want to stand out with bright neon colors and the other who just want to keep it lowkey and let their game do the talking.
