Nike Kobe XI | 11 Blue Colorway Surfaces

Last Friday, the Nike Kobe XI surfaced in a purple and black colorway. While nothing is officially set or announced, today, it looks like another colorway is on its way. The Kobe 11 shows off a mostly blue upper that’s reminiscent of the Brave Blue Kobe IX. We first discovered this image from a Kicksology group member, Rawfiki M.

Last time it was the GS shoe, and as we know, sometimes the material is altered. These definitely look larger like Men’s sizing. With that, the upper looks fully knitted and it has Kobe fans excited although the shoes are fairly reminiscent of the Kobe 8 and Kobe 9 models.

Reports had Tinker Hatfield designing the shoe but this looks like the works of Eric Avar, its still questionable on who led the design team with this particular model. On a sidenote, Tinker has been on record mentioning that he was envious that Avar came up with the Kobe 9 design and wished that he had designed them himself.
