adidas NMD R1 ‘Abstract Red’ Video| Kicks on Deck

adidas continues to roll out heavy with these NMD’s, yet I wonder what makes them so popular?

I kid you not, the adidas NMD have been selling out each time each color drops in stores.  At least over here in San Diego.  With the Ultra Boost still reigning as King of comfortability, the NMD model tones it down a bit with a more casual friendly look.  If the Ultra Boost is the performance runner, the NMD is that urban fashion cousin of the UB.

REFERENCING PROGRESSIVE STYLES LIKE THE MICRO PACER, THE RISING STAR, AND THE BOSTON SUPER, THE NMD GIVES ARCHIVAL ELEMENTS A MODERN CONTEXT.  JOLTING THE ICONOGRAPHY SURROUNDING OUR MOST CELEBRATED PRODUCTS AND MERGING THEM WITH UNPARALLELED MODERN ENGINEERING.

The adidas NMD R1 retails for $120-130 depending on the colorway.  Full-length Boost cushions the ride with thick cushion for the foot.  adidas has hit it off with this sneaker in almost every way possible.  The design is so well-done, the price is reasonable, and no other company right now can offer the comfort levels of Boost.
There is also a Primeknit model, however no upcoming release dates right now for that sneaker.  I’m still on the hunt for the Triple-Black PK, but they only released in Europe.
