However, chances are, the Miami Heat will be back on basketball’s grandest stage, but not before at least another 82-game grind and grueling postseason. For the upcoming season’s title campaign, Nike will outfit LeBron’s feet in the Nike LeBron 9.

Retaining a lot of the structural cues of the Nike LeBron 8 PS, the ninth signature shoe in Bron’s line comes loaded with the best that Nike’s Innovation Kitchen has to offer. The upper’s strength is reinforced with a three-prong carbon fiber weave pattern while Flywire is embedded into the mid and forefoot panel. The heel houses 180 Air Max technology, but the forefoot provides Zoom Air giving you the best of both. Both goodies are shrouded by a layer of Cushlon to make things more comfortable and stable. The freshest element to these kicks though, comes to us in the form of Nike Combat Pro padding in the lining, a never-before-seen sneaker integration. And no worries, the shoes somehow manage to pull off being light.

The Nike LeBron 9 still has no confirmed official release date yet, but we will keep an eye on the progress. How much closer LeBron gets to that elusive first ring, only time will reveal, but at least we know what he’ll be rocking on the court every night.
