The latest photo leak of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 takes serious cues from the Zoom Kobe VII “Cheetah” AKA “Christmas”.
Will this mark the first product collaboration between Kanye West and Kobe Bryant? The pair seem to be chummy, appearing together in the The Black Mamba and the #KOBESYSTEM ad campaign.
The shoe itself features a Royal Purple leather, mesh and suede upper, with Red, Gold, and Volt highlights throughout. It sort of looks like the inside of my eyelids when I listen to Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Note the Yeezy 2’s trademark glow in the dark outsole. The photo looks to include a matching dust-bag in the background.
