Last year, LeBron James made a deal with Fenway Sports Group that gave him a small stake of in the Liverpool FC. Most likely to be used with future LeBron models, this colorway inspired by the soccer club debuts with the LeBron 9 Low.
Using the colors of the soccer team, the Hyperfuse synthetic upper is done in red with an aqua covered outsole, Air Max unit, Swoosh outline, and midfoot harness. The Swoosh and inner lining is done in black while white contrasts the midsole. Exclusive to this LeBron Low is the Liverpool FC logo on the heel. There is also a semi-translucent outsole featuring the 18 trophies won by the FC.
The Nike Lebron 9 Low Liverpool FC is scheduled to release May 5, 2012 for $150.00 USD.
