Nike Zoom Run The One | First Look

[new_royalslider id=”273″]

Nike Basketball has a new shoe joining the mix of their 2014-2015 season lineup with another low-cut sneaker, the Nike Zoom Run The One.

James Harden was spotted wearing what appears to be a wear-test sample of the Zoom Run The One. The sneaker features the same silhouette as Harden’s previous Nike  Zoom Crusader with a little twist.  Fuse and mesh are found on the upper with window panels for increased ventilation.  A one-piece inner bootie provides a one-to-one fit and an internal heel counter for lockdown.  The outsole is not shown in the photos, but I would assume it is an improvement from last years Crusaders.

Despite the low-cut sneaker, the Zoom Run The One seems to be a quick and agile sneaker with adequate support.  I personally love playing in low-tops and had a great time playing in the Crusaders.  Although the name is sort of odd, the performance and function is all that matters.

Nike has still yet to release a new signature basketball shoe whether it’s for Kyrie Irving, James Harden, or maybe even Paul George.  Who do you think should have a new signature shoe? Let us know below in the comment section. The Nike Zoom Run The One is not the official sneaker for Harden as it is just another new Nike Basketball model at the moment.

The Nike Zoom Run The One will release prior to the season with no pricing info at the moment.  Keep it locked here for more info.
