Complete History of the Jordan V

The Air Jordan V

The Air Jordan 5 released in 1990 and was developed with new innovative technology and designs. The shoe was inspired by a World War 2 aircraft in which possesses high-grade elements that further constitute the Air Jordan 5. One of the most noticeable features of the shoe is the sharp “shark teeth” that it has on the sides of the shoe. The Air Jordan 5 also features a clear sole, which was the first shoe to use this technology at the time. It too allowed Jordan to have better traction on the court. Exuberant in style, the Air Jordan 5 is praised highly in the Jordan series. The shoe debuted at a perfect time where Michael Jordan peeked in his career and is one of his most recognizable shoes in his series.
