March Madness is just around the corner and 68 teams will be looking to capture the National Championship. Adidas has planned to release special jerseys for the tournament, which will give the players a competitive advantage. Adidas has done an exceptional job of releasing dynamic jerseys in college football and the NBA, but this uniform system looks to be fashionable and effective:

“Made in March uniforms feature a functional perforated print pattern along the leg of the stretch woven short to enhance breathability and ventilation, keeping players cool as the clock winds down. adidas’ quick-drying jersey technology found in current NBA uniforms along with ClimaCool zones on the chest, back and side, move heat and moisture away from the body to keep the jersey light and dry as players sweat.”

Adidas’ priority is the athlete, which is why these jerseys are equipped with quick-drying jersey technology and ClimaCool. When the game is winding down to the last couple of minutes, you don’t want to be slowed down by a heavy jersey full of sweat. However, Adidas also focused on respecting the team colors and mascot for each respective university.

Some schools went with different colors and patters, but the biggest surprise are the short sleeved jerseys that will be worn by UCLA, Louisville, and Baylor. You can see these jerseys in the conference tournaments and they will be available for fans at Adidas.com.
