Amongst the Pump craze in the early 90s came Nike’s answer – the Nike Air Command Force – worn by one of the most dominating players of his era, Mr. Robinson. Based on the images we’re seeing her courtesy of BasketTemple, these Air Command Force Retros might be coming back full force with the pump intact. I don’t see any reason why the pump wouldn’t work, since it really didn’t work that well in the first place, who cares!?!?
Since my holy grail list is basically comprised of shoes I wish I could have gotten as a kid, this definitely qualifies. Shout out to Billy Hoyle! If it wasn’t for the Admiral, these might have been known as the White Men Can’t Jump.
