The Holidays may be a few months away, but the good folks at Jordan Brand have already planned their big releases.  Aside from the Retro 11 heavy month in December, Black Friday will continue the tradition of dropping some heat on the evening of Thanksgiving Day.

Debuting for the first time since its last retro in 2010 and originally in 2005, the Retro 13 Altitudes returns to flight.  The Air Jordan 13 model is inspired by MJ’s on court reputation for cat-like reflexes and athleticism.  Designed by the legendary Tinker Hatfield, both men worked on a combination of performance, function, and the panther storyline by creating a paw-like outsole and included holograms to represent the cats glowing eyes.  Jordan led the Chicago Bulls to a three-peat, his second in his career, earning is sixth NBA title and retiring as a champion for the last time.

To many, the Jordan 13 is regarded to be one of the last significant signature models of the series.  With its iconic set of colorways filled with the Varsity Red Bulls colorways, to the classic Flint model to also return soon, and of course this Altitude colorway.

This years rendition of the Altitude 13’s is similar to the original mold in 2005.  Returning to the model is the leather dressed in Black, Altitude Green hits on the Jumpman on the tongue and outsole.  Completing the look is a textured overlay on the sides and wraps around the heel.

Launching this year on November 24, 2017, the Air Jordan Retro 13 Altitude returns to shelves at $190.00 USD.
