It’s been about 6-7 years since the Inline colorway appeared on the Kobe signature line.  Granted, they had one on the Mamba Mentality model, however since that was a take down version it doesn’t really count.  Thankfully, Nike Basketball returns to team colors with their latest Kobe A.D. model in mid-top form.

The upper is done in all white with a combo design swoosh in White, Black, and Inline Purple.  The stitch swoosh is a great addition to the Kobe line separating it from the series.  Most of the swooshes prior in the Kobe line for instance the Kobe 4 and 5 were all heat pressed into the the upper.  In addition, the heel has its own graphics displaying “KOBE” on the left and a WiFi looking symbol on the right.  As of this moment there is no information on the story behind this colorway yet, but as of right now, Lakers fan are rejoicing to finally see a team color model.

The Nike Kobe A.D. Mid “Inline” or as in reports have it named, “Baseline” are rumored to drop in stores on October 1, 2017 for $150.00 USD.   Will keep you posted on if anything changes.
